1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, colour, or product).
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind since our products are custom-fulfilled with each order. Please refer to the sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at supportdockside@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its condition.
3. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you if your return is approved or denied.

3. Return & Refund Process

• If approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the item (if necessary).
• In most cases, we will offer a refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the product back due to high international return shipping costs.
• If a return is required, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is lost during shipping:

• If confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

5. Important Notes

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• We reserve the right to deny returns if the product does not meet our eligibility criteria.
• Certain items, such as intimates or hygiene-related products, are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Times: Your order is shipped directly from our designer's warehouses, which may be located internationally. Because of this, delivery times can range from 3-7 days to UK, 3-11 days to EU & 3-17 internationally, depending on your location and the product ordered.
