In most cases, we will offer a refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the product back due to high international return shipping costs.
If a return is required, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is lost during shipping:

If confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
